The Irresistible Gluten Free Food Show will feature around 130 exhibitors including:

- restaurants and cafes
- gluten free shops/outlets

- gluten free supports – research, dietitians
To recognise and support the special needs of the patrons attending, only gluten free food permitted at the Show. As these delicious foods are wheat-free, many will also be suitable for fructose malabsorption (a type of wheat intolerance) and irritable bowel syndrome.
The Show will run from 9.00am - 4.00pm on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th October 2008. The Melbourne Exhibition Centre is recognised as a world-leading venue for such events.
Organisation of the Show will be overseen by Sue Shepherd, leading dietitian for coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. The Show's marketing is aimed at general public, food industry and trade. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide product sampling and tastings, competitions and give-aways. Exhibitors will be provided with an exhibition shell with walls, signage, power and lighting. A variety of shells Stand sizes will be available for exhibitors.
